Am I tied into a long-term contract?

Absolutely not! You pay from month to month and can cancel your account at any time.

Who controls my data and is my data secure?

All data you enter into your account is your own and we claim no rights to it. We will delete all your data at your request or when you cancel your account. You can also export the data from your account to take it elsewhere. Your data is stored on our secure servers and backed up hourly.

How does the free trial work?

You can try out any of our plans for 30 days. To make things easy for you we don't ask for payment details upfront. Simply provide us with payment when you decide to continue using your account beyond the trial period.

Can I downgrade or upgrade my account?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. To downgrade you must be operating within the limitations of the plan you are downgrading to.

What software and hardware do I need?

All you need is a modern web browser and a broadband internet connection. There is no extra software to install. World on a Hanger works best with Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer 7 or greater.

How do “users” work and do I pay per user?

Each member of your organisation with access to World on a Hanger will have their own login and password. Each counts as a “user”. For all plans apart from the Solo plan you can add as many users as you want. If you need more than 10 users contact us at sales@worldonahanger.com for a tailored quote.

Can I access my data after I close my account?

Your data remains yours, and we offer a range of ways for you to export it. We can also offer read-only access to your account so that you can access your data even after you cancel your subscription.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by VISA and MasterCard. If you want to pay for a year up-front, payment can be arranged by cheque or wire transfer.
